MG Worx Remapping – Terms & Conditions

1. Vehicle Condition

  • The customer confirms their vehicle is in good working order, roadworthy, and free from major faults before remapping.

  • MG Worx Remapping is not responsible for any pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or software issues.

  • Existing or hidden faults (e.g. worn turbos, injectors, sensors) may be revealed or worsened after remapping.

2. Remapping Service

  • All remaps are carried out using professional tools and trusted file suppliers.

  • Figures provided (power, torque, MPG gains) are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition, fuel quality, modifications, and servicing.

  • Our software is designed to improve performance and/or efficiency while keeping within safe tolerances.

3. Warranty & Liability

  • MG Worx Remapping provides a 30-day software warranty. If issues arise, the vehicle can be returned to standard free of charge.

  • MG Worx Remapping does not accept liability for:

    • Wear, tear, or failure of vehicle parts after remapping.

    • Damage caused by poor maintenance, abusive driving, or existing faults.

    • MOT or emissions test failures (the customer’s responsibility).

4. Insurance & Road Use

  • The customer is responsible for informing their vehicle insurer of the remap if required.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle remains road legal after modification.

5. Payment & Booking

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.

  • Deposits may be required for certain bookings.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

6. Customer Agreement

By booking a remap with MG Worx Remapping, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
